In order to receive your deposit bonus at Titan Poker you must earn VIP Points at ring games and tournaments. In ring games you are allocated a certain number of points for each hand that you participate in that is raked.  In cash games you can earn up to 24 VIP points per hand.  In tournaments 17 VIP points are awarded for each dollar paid in fees. VIP points allow you to to turn your points into cash starting at $10 for 2000 points and at an ever increasing rate as you collect more points.
